Haley is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She obtained an Honours B.A. in Psychology from York University and a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. Haley is passionate about providing client-centered counselling to individuals (14 years+), couples and families, and the 2SLGBTQ+ community. As a therapist, building an open and trusting relationship with her clients is of utmost importance. Improving your well-being takes courage and hard work, and it is her hope that clients find therapy to be an opportunity for exploring new ways of seeing their life, and a safe space to recover, learn, and grow. Her areas of focus include anxiety, depression, boundary issues, and stress management. She integrates trauma-informed care with existing evidence-based practices including cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), emotion-focused therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy. Together we will identify tools to help you through your challenges in a way that is tailored to you.
