Haley is passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, confidence, and compassion. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply seeking deeper self-understanding, her goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel truly seen and heard. Haley believes healing happens not only through insight but also through genuine connection — and that you don’t have to go through it alone.
Haley is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She brings with her an Honours B.A. in Psychology from York University and a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. Haley works with individuals (14 years+), couples, and the 2SLGBTQ+ community. Her areas of focus include anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, boundary issues, and stress management. Haley integrates trauma-informed care with existing evidence-based practices including cognitive-behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, self-compassion, and The Gottman Method.

Dr. Janelle Steckley Psy.D, C. Psych.
Dr. Janelle Steckley is a Registered Clinical Psychologist with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario. She provides in-person and virtual psychological assessment and therapy services for adults at Good Therapy.
Dr. Janelle’s practice focuses primarily on comprehensive psychological and ADHD assessments for adults. She is committed to helping clients gain a deeper understanding of their cognitive, emotional, and behavioural functioning through a thorough, collaborative, and evidence-based assessment process. Whether clients are seeking diagnostic clarification, exploring concerns related to attention and executive functioning, or looking for guidance on next steps, Dr. Janelle strives to provide clear answers, meaningful insights, and practical recommendations tailored to their individual needs.
The assessment process begins with a comprehensive clinical interview, followed by standardized testing selected to address the referral question. Clients receive a detailed written report outlining findings, diagnostic impressions when appropriate, and personalized recommendations. Dr. Janelle also meets with clients for a feedback session to review results, answer questions, and discuss next steps.
In addition to assessment services, Dr. Janelle provides evidence-based therapy for adults experiencing anxiety (generalized, social, and health-related anxiety), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression, and related concerns. Her therapeutic approach is grounded primarily in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and incorporates third-wave behavioural therapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).

Sherri Dowsett

Sherri provides compassionate, client-centred counselling to individuals (18 years+) and families. Sherri treats clients who seek help managing stress, feelings of anxiety and depression, trauma, abuse, relationship reconciliation, separation, divorce, blended families, parenting, career issues, and work-life balance. Sherri helps clients learn to identify where they feel stuck, develop effective communication strategies, change negative thinking and self-sabotaging behaviour, improve relationships, increase self-esteem, self-compassion, and overall sense of well-being by applying a range of strength-based and trauma-informed therapeutic approaches including cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, solution-focused brief therapy, narrative therapy, psychoanalytic approaches, and other collaborative post-modern therapies.
Sherri received her Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Ecology from Western University, and her Master of Science in Family Therapy from the University of Massachusetts Boston, both with academic distinction. Sherri also received her Animal Assisted Therapy certification through the University of North Texas concurrently while attending graduate school. Sherri is a Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers and a Pre-Clinical Fellow with the American/Canadian Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. Sherri qualifies to accept any extended health insurance that requires a Family Therapist or Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist designation.
